KARRTABYA a well-known non-profit, non-Government voluntary organization of Kalahandi came to existence in the year 1990. It was formed by a group of Kalahandia youths, who were the members of the local youth club; involved in various organizational and developmental activities of the village. They believed that social transformation could be brought through dedicated work.
